HealPharmacy is an online pharmacy that provides prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs to customers across the United States and Worldwide shipping. We aim to make obtaining prescription medications easy and convenient by allowing customers to order online 24/7 and have their medications delivered directly to their door.
As an online pharmacy, we do have some important policies related to shipping prescription drugs. This shipping policy outlines the guidelines we follow to ensure medications are shipped safely, legally, and efficiently to our customers. We want to provide full transparency into our shipping practices and policies to give customers peace of mind when ordering medications online.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Australia and Many Major Countries. Our pharmacy is based in the Canada and we ship medications from Canada and Generic Medications from India, This allows us to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your prescriptions while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to get your medications delivered safely and conveniently.
Airmail Shipping
Our standard ground shipping takes 14-18 business days for delivery within the continental US & Worldwide Airway shipping. This is our most affordable option, with no extra fees. Ground shipping includes tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
Express Shipping
For faster delivery, we offer express shipping that takes 10-15 business days. There is an additional charge for express shipping to offset the expedited service.
Package insurance available in case if your shipment lost in transit.
Tracking Information
All shipping methods come with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey and receive estimated delivery date updates. The tracking number will be provided after your order ships out.
Shipping Costs
Our pharmacy offers competitive shipping rates to get your medications delivered safely and quickly. While we offer free shipping, our shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order and your location.
For orders under $100, shipping will be starts at $10 – %15. For orders over $100, airmail shipping is free and Express shipping is for at $29 USD.
The total shipping cost is clearly displayed during checkout so there are no surprises. You’ll see the shipping options and rates available for your address. We use USPS, EMS, and Airmail to provide fast and reliable delivery across the United States.
We do not charge handling fees on top of our competitive shipping prices. The amount you pay for shipping covers the costs to safely get your medication order from our pharmacy to your door. If you have any questions about our shipping costs or options, please contact our customer service team.
Controlled substances cannot be refilled. New written prescriptions are required. We do not ship refills without first obtaining a new prescription from you.

Age Restrictions
When ordering prescription medications online, there are important age requirements that must be met. Under federal law, a pharmacy cannot sell prescription medications, including prescription controlled substances, to any person under the age of 18.
Any customer who wishes to purchase prescription medications from our online pharmacy must be at least 18 years of age. At checkout, you will be required to enter your date of birth showing you are 18 years old or older.
We take age restrictions seriously and have measures in place to verify a customer’s age. If a customer appears to be underage, we will request a copy of a valid government ID showing date of birth before an order can be processed. This is to ensure we remain compliant with laws prohibiting the sale of prescription medications to minors.
Our pharmacy aims to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. We offer standard shipping via EMS, USPS.
We ship orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours only. If you are not available to receive the package during delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and you can pick up your package at your local post office. Alternatively, you can request the package be left in a safe place on your property. If no one is available to receive the order after 3 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Please note that delivery times may be impacted by inclement weather, natural disasters, and carrier delays outside of our control. We always aim to fulfill and ship orders promptly, but cannot guarantee estimated delivery times. Track your shipment status directly with the carrier after we provide you with a tracking number.
Lost/Damaged Packages
We understand that packages may occasionally get lost or damaged in transit. We take great care in safely packaging and shipping all orders, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur.
If you do not receive your order or it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package or determine what happened.
If a package is confirmed by the carrier to be lost, we will reship your order at no additional cost. If an order arrives damaged, we ask that you keep the original packaging and contact us so we can determine if a replacement shipment, refund, or partial refund is warranted based on the extent of damage.
Our pharmacy is not liable for lost packages after they have been successfully delivered by our shipping carrier to the address provided. Please inspect packages promptly upon arrival and let us know right away if any items are damaged or missing.

Returns/Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your online order from our pharmacy. If for any reason you need to return an item, we have a hassle-free return policy.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Timeline
Once we receive your return package, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Credits may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear based on your credit card company’s policies.
Please contact us right away if your shipment arrives damaged, within 48 hours of delivery. We can quickly process a replacement or refund in these cases.
