Eligibility for Refunds

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or expired, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Unopened Products: If you wish to return an unopened and unused product, you may do so within 30 days of purchase for a full refund(Shipping Charges Excluded).

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations. These include:

  • Opened Prescription Medications: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened prescription medications.
  • Opened Over-the-Counter Medications and Supplements: These items are non-refundable once opened.
  • Personal Care Items: Items such as toiletries and cosmetics are non-refundable if opened or used.

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Approval and Instructions: Once your request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returning the Product

Please follow these guidelines when returning a product:

  • Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include RMA Number: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely.

Processing the Refund

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, your refund will be processed:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning a product for any other reason, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
